Regarding this, I'd encourage potential customers to bear in mind that a made-to-order product shouldn't be expected to arrive on the doorstep a week after the order is placed. Winning's name in the industry will mean that they have a high volume of these orders to fulfil, with each one requiring equal care and attention. The production time given when placing an order is a general estimate—you may receive your item a little sooner or a little later (as in my case), but your patience will be rewarded with a finely crafted product.
