The customer service is unbelievably bad. I placed an order on April 2021, today is August 2022 and still haven’t seen any movement. I have to email them many times to get status. Every time the promised date keep getting pushed forward. Im going to contact paypal for a refund. The wjapanboxing customer support never reach out to update their customer. It’s always me reaching out to them.Will not order again
