Everything was fine on the sale of the car. [Vauxhall Astra, Swanley Branch]. Spencer bent over backwards to make sure the car was perfect on collection.But after checking the car on reaching home I found there was no full service history as advertised. Took several days of no reply phone calls and emails to finally speak with Spencer who said there was a service book and was going to locate it.
