Terrible customer service! Unscrupulous behaviour of adding a £99 "Security fee" which was never mentioned, this to cover WJ Kings "Admin, HPI & Service fees"??. When queried (they pro-forma invoiced the wrong vehicle anyway) no one calls back when requested, 4x phone calls, messages left, 3x emails - Also turns out vehicle they were trying to sell was 6yrs out of having a cambelt change, yet they were happy to sell it anyway. Now not refunding holidng fee, and again have not confirmed via email as promised by Dean their supposed Service Manager (which he apparently isn't??). Unable to speak with any senior members as "the whole of Bromley is off with covid"???Needless to say we did not buy the car.***BUYER BEWARE***
