WLV serviced our boiler 12/02/2026 .We were kept informed & reminded of the date / time several times by email and the engineer contacted us when he was 10 minutes away on the appointment day .Reliable & punctual service ,would recommend.
Had a gas pipe capped off by WLV heating, the whole process from booking the appointment to paying was 1st class. I was given a choice of dates, all within a week of contacting them. The lad who came was friendly, explained what he’d done & most importantly came with protective shoe coverings. I was happy with the work & my invoice was sent through promptly. I would recommend them to anyone & will definitely use them again.
I contacted WLV reference a leak in my Bathroom's shower then at the last minute after injuring my leg I asked them to acquire and fit a hand rail to enable me to access for Showering safely. This they completed all to perfection. Doesn't matter how " Big or Small" WLV take care of it all.
WLV responded to my enquiry right away and got a boiler engineer ( Ryan ) to me the same day , he sorted the problem out ( boiler not working at all ) and had it back up and running in 30 minutes or so . I am happy to recommend WLV to anyone .
