I have to say I had a very smooth ride. My car was collected within 2 days. The customer service was first class and I was advised that industry issues could mean a significant delay in getting my vehicle back however the repair only took 2 weeks (damage was extensive). I wasn't initially provided with a hire car as they were not in stock but the garage called me towards the end of the first week to arrange delivery of a car. I hope I don't have another claim but if I do I hope to have the same experience.
