I have completed half of my notice period but am unable to serve the remaining duration. I have communicated my willingness to settle all dues and pay the recovery amount as required. Despite this, WNS has denied my request for early release and is effectively holding me hostage by refusing to process my resignation.

As a body repairer DO NOT REPAIR ANY CAR IF WNS ARE HANGLING THE CLAIM!!!!! Well over 3 months to get paid, constantly lie (when u can actually speak to someone) I was told to make the invoice out to ‘Lilliput LTD’ from what I can gather it’s a front holding company where the insurers pay the money and it sits there as long as they can make it sit there gathering interest then pay out EVENTUALLY to those who shout loudest, also involved and receive 1star NORTHERN ASSESSORS ,DONT DEAL WITH THEM!!! and ACORN insurance, all thick as thieves.
My car repair process was mishandled, and it's been months of waiting for a resolution. The representative I've been dealing with, provided contradictory information and seemed more interested in stalling than assisting. The lack of transparency and accountability in their service is disheartening. I've not only faced financial losses but also immense stress due to their ineffective handling. I'm left with no choice but to involve an ombudsman. It's a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend WNS Assistance for anyone seeking efficient and responsible assistance.
This company is an absolute disgrace and should not still be in business. Unfortunately I drive a company vehicle so it is a corporate account so I had no choice but to use WNSA. Never again though. They are totally disorganized and the staff are absolutely clueless. Most of the time you cannot even get through to anyone as they don't seem to answer their phones and if they do, they are just totally unpleasant to deal with. Please be advised this is not a good company and your experiences using them will be miserable. Rather spent more money and go with a professional outfit and save yourself the anger and frustration.
Totally nightmare & waist of time they’re not professional lack of Customer service.Promises are fake you have to chase the everyday. They don’t get back even when they promise.I will mention all the agents names on second review so people can avoid them.2 months waiting for them to approve the repairs or to be compensated?I advise everyone if WNS works on behalf any insurance company don’t take the policy you will regret it .My van still not repaired or compensated because of the brilliant agent there .
