The customer service and response time are extremely poor, although the product quality is outstanding. This marks my third attempt to order the same item for two gifts and myself, and each time has brought a different issue. First, I received only one slipper. Second, the delivery was supposed to take 10 days, but it took over a month. Lastly, I ordered three slippers in one go, marked each as a gift, but received no personal note as requested, and they arrived in two separate deliveries, making the gifts feel less special. While the quality is amazing and the niche is perfect, the customer service is lacking.
