The dress did not match the sizes. A large was more like an Australian size 8. Anyway the return was made easy. Demit went out of their way to organise the labels and courier to collect from my home. The money was returned to my bank account without any issues.
It was a pleasure to deal with Myra at Wolf and Badger, who went above and beyond to discover the weight of a pair of large earrings I liked. She responded quickly and her emails were clear, articulate and friendly.
Unlike other companies I’ve dealt with, it seemed to me that nothing was too much trouble for Myra. Great customer service.
When wolf and badger thought my delivery may be delayed they got in touch straight away and offered a full refund, I was happy to wait and the order arrived when first expected. Great quality item. Happy with my experience.
I am obsessed with Wolf & Badger! They have an amazing selection of clothing and accessories. It has been easy to return items when needed - although that doesn't happen often. I love that I can filter based on other brand attributions that matter to me, such as sustainability and fairly paid employees. Unfortunately for my wallet, I can't get enough of this company!
Package was delivered to wrong adress, I tried contacting you immediately however NO PHONE # TO CALL then I did immediately chat with your company and again took forever to hear back and 2days later I’m still getting zero help JUST ZERO now you asking for a “how did it go” are u kidding
First of all, the curation of all the products in the store is fenomenal. The robe is beautiful and the buying process seamless. Also, the order arrives fast and just in time for my daughter's birthday.
Ordered a beautiful brown plaid throw from Wolf & Badger. Not only was the throw gorgeous and perfect for my space but shipping was amazingly fast coming from Europe!!

Terrible experience and it's still ongoing! I ordered a phone case on 12/26, and it never arrived during the expected timeframe. I reached out multiple times, and it was delayed twice. Eventually, it shipped, but I wasn't informed that a signature was required, and I wouldn't be home. I couldn't 'pre-release' the shipment with UPS online. I even called UPS and paid to redirect it to a store, but that didn't work either. I had to change my schedule to wait for the delivery. They sent the WRONG ITEM! Now I have to stay home again for DHL to pick it up, and it seems my replacement won't be shipped until that happens! The quality isn't impressive for the price either. I would not recommend this at all. It's a fake luxury experience!
The customer service and response time are extremely poor, although the product quality is outstanding. This marks my third attempt to order the same item for two gifts and myself, and each time has brought a different issue. First, I received only one slipper. Second, the delivery was supposed to take 10 days, but it took over a month. Lastly, I ordered three slippers in one go, marked each as a gift, but received no personal note as requested, and they arrived in two separate deliveries, making the gifts feel less special. While the quality is amazing and the niche is perfect, the customer service is lacking.
