Terrible experience and it's still ongoing! I ordered a phone case on 12/26, and it never arrived during the expected timeframe. I reached out multiple times, and it was delayed twice. Eventually, it shipped, but I wasn't informed that a signature was required, and I wouldn't be home. I couldn't 'pre-release' the shipment with UPS online. I even called UPS and paid to redirect it to a store, but that didn't work either. I had to change my schedule to wait for the delivery. They sent the WRONG ITEM! Now I have to stay home again for DHL to pick it up, and it seems my replacement won't be shipped until that happens! The quality isn't impressive for the price either. I would not recommend this at all. It's a fake luxury experience!
