I forgot to add my discount code on purchase. Wrote to the company who offered 10% off my next order instead. Was my own fault, so can’t complain. My item is beautiful and I don’t begrudge it without the handy little discount anyway. And it certainly doesn’t put me off ordering from them again. Quality item and great company to deal with.
