To be honest, this was my first time ordering from this company. I really like their style, especially unique and designer-inspired clothing, which is what drew me to them in the first place. The items on the website looked to be of very good quality.I ordered two t-shirts. One of them arrived and I’m very pleased with it – it looks great, although I do feel it is slightly overpriced for the quality. The second item, which I purchased in the sale, did not arrive even 2–3 days after the estimated delivery date.
I contacted the company twice. They were polite and helpful, and explained that the delay was not directly their responsibility, as they operate more as a platform for these products. I do understand that and appreciate their communication.I’m not saying I won’t order from them again, as I genuinely like the item I received. However, first impressions do matter, and I don’t think a customer’s first experience should be like this, with part of the order delayed beyond the expected delivery time.I’m willing to give them another chance and hope that future orders will run more smoothly
