This was my first and last time ordering. If you're okay with your order not arriving on time, even after paying extra for guaranteed delivery, then maybe it's worth it. I spent an hour texting customer service, trying to get my order resent, a shipping refund, and a complimentary item sent to the recipient to compensate for my gift not arriving for a funeral. Promises were made, but they couldn't even direct me to someone who could help. They did not resolve the issue! I will never use them again.
