I ordered some English muffins as a gift on December 8. I noticed FedEx hadn't received the package by December 13. When I called customer service, the agent struggled to understand English and had trouble with my order number. After 26 minutes on the phone, I finally reached a supervisor who provided the correct information, but it took far too long. I would advise against ordering from this service.
