I've encountered several frustrating experiences with the service. Response times are excessively long (often exceeding 30 minutes to an hour), and the company's policies are incredibly frustrating for customers. For example, when I received cold food or incomplete orders, support did nothing to resolve the issue. Their reply was simply, 'Sorry, we can’t help, the delivery person picked up the food on time.' Additionally, the menus are often outdated—restaurants may update their offerings on other platforms, but this service still displays the old menu. When I placed an order, paid for it, and discovered it was unavailable, there was no appropriate resolution. In one instance, I received an incomplete order and after waiting 1.5 hours for a response, I was offered only €5 as compensation. I've decided to stop using this service and switch to another platform that values its customers.
