Terrible customer support service no one helped me and the order was marked delivered.

Longtime customer feels undervalued.

As a longtime customer, today’s experience highlighted that the service does not prioritize its users. After making a minor address mistake, I reached out immediately, but the initial response from the support team was frustratingly slow, almost as if they were deliberately delaying until it was too late. The situation worsened when I was handed over to the 'Shift Leads.' This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I felt like just another number as I received generic, copy-paste replies that failed to address my concerns. There was a complete lack of care or assistance. I am genuinely upset with myself for being loyal to a platform that shows such clear disregard for its customers. I won't let this slide and plan to explore every formal complaint and legal option available in my country.

As a long-time customer, today's experience made it evident that the service lacks respect for its users. I made a minor address error and reached out promptly, but the initial response from the support team was alarmingly slow, almost as if they were stalling until it was too late to assist. Things took a turn for the worse when I was referred to the 'Shift Leads.' This was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I was treated like just another number, receiving generic, copy-paste responses that failed to address my issues. There was no genuine care or help offered. I feel frustrated with myself for remaining loyal to a platform that shows such blatant disregard for its customers. I plan to pursue every available complaint option and legal recourse in my country.

Should be banned from operating.

They should be prohibited from working. Orders are consistently late, and food arrives cold and inedible. The courier had multiple other orders and support claimed they could not issue a refund. They also communicated with the venue, which confirmed the order had been waiting for the courier for ten minutes. Stay AWAY!

The worst food delivery app available.

This is the worst food delivery app! My order was expected to arrive half an hour ago. When I reached out to customer service, the representative initially provided false information, claiming the restaurant had its own delivery service. After I challenged her, she admitted it was a mistake and assured me a courier would be sent to pick up the order. Another 30 minutes passed with no updates. When I called the restaurant myself, they stated no one had arrived to collect the order. Overall, the customer service was misleading, slow, and utterly unhelpful, and my issue was never resolved.

Repeatedly disappointing experiences.

I've encountered several frustrating experiences with the service. Response times are excessively long (often exceeding 30 minutes to an hour), and the company's policies are incredibly frustrating for customers. For example, when I received cold food or incomplete orders, support did nothing to resolve the issue. Their reply was simply, 'Sorry, we can’t help, the delivery person picked up the food on time.' Additionally, the menus are often outdated—restaurants may update their offerings on other platforms, but this service still displays the old menu. When I placed an order, paid for it, and discovered it was unavailable, there was no appropriate resolution. In one instance, I received an incomplete order and after waiting 1.5 hours for a response, I was offered only €5 as compensation. I've decided to stop using this service and switch to another platform that values its customers.

Delivery disaster.

The bag arrived completely torn, the drink was upside down, and the burger was soaked beyond recovery. Essentially, it was a total loss. However, the delivery issues were only part of the problem—the support was even worse. Their automated responses kept pushing me to accept credits instead of a proper refund, as if I should be thankful for store credit after receiving a bag that looked like it had been through a washing machine. To make matters worse, they began lecturing me about my 'tone' when all I requested was a straightforward refund, not credits. In the end, the runner handed me the dripping, torn bag while mumbling something I couldn't understand. Overall, it was a complete mess from start to finish.

Deceptive practices and poor service.

Not recommended. They utilize misleading advertising, luring customers with promotions that ultimately do not apply—resulting in no price reduction. It’s a systematic issue. When I complained, they offered excuses like the item being sold out (oddly, I ordered two full-price items despite the promotion being prominently displayed, and they were available). The next time, they cited technical problems, and the third time offered yet another excuse. This feels fraudulent. Furthermore, they lack quality standards—working with anyone who brings in revenue. The most frustrating part is the bait-and-switch tactics followed by ridiculous excuses and no improvements in service. My appetite is spoiled.

Items missing with no assistance.

I did not receive part of my order, contacted support, and had to wait a long time for a response. They even closed the chat because I wasn't online. Ultimately, in my third attempt, I managed to speak with an agent in real time, who informed me they couldn't assist because I didn't have the physical receipt, despite them sending me the receipt via email. They also used smileys as if I were a child. I just want a refund for the food I never received; I don't need your condescending smileys.
