This is the worst food delivery app! My order was expected to arrive half an hour ago. When I reached out to customer service, the representative initially provided false information, claiming the restaurant had its own delivery service. After I challenged her, she admitted it was a mistake and assured me a courier would be sent to pick up the order. Another 30 minutes passed with no updates. When I called the restaurant myself, they stated no one had arrived to collect the order. Overall, the customer service was misleading, slow, and utterly unhelpful, and my issue was never resolved.
