I did not receive part of my order, contacted support, and had to wait a long time for a response. They even closed the chat because I wasn't online. Ultimately, in my third attempt, I managed to speak with an agent in real time, who informed me they couldn't assist because I didn't have the physical receipt, despite them sending me the receipt via email. They also used smileys as if I were a child. I just want a refund for the food I never received; I don't need your condescending smileys.
