I placed an order through the app from a specific restaurant, but I received food from a completely different one. The courier told me the app showed that my order was meant for someone else and that there was nothing he could do about it. The in-app customer support is completely useless—no one responds, and no issues are resolved. This feels like a scam, not a legitimate service. Without a doubt, this is one of the most poorly managed companies I’ve ever dealt with. A complete lack of accountability and respect for the customer.
