As a longtime customer, today’s experience highlighted that the service does not prioritize its users. After making a minor address mistake, I reached out immediately, but the initial response from the support team was frustratingly slow, almost as if they were deliberately delaying until it was too late. The situation worsened when I was handed over to the 'Shift Leads.' This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I felt like just another number as I received generic, copy-paste replies that failed to address my concerns. There was a complete lack of care or assistance. I am genuinely upset with myself for being loyal to a platform that shows such clear disregard for its customers. I won't let this slide and plan to explore every formal complaint and legal option available in my country.
