Wolt has this idiotic policy that if something has to be replaced, they won't charge you extra. In practice this means that nothing will ever be replaced, because stores are so stingy. They simply ignore what you ordered. So you end up with a grocery order without any bread, or without any milk, and have to go to store anyway after paying 8 bucks for the delivery. In most cases you cannot contact the store, or the delivery has already dispatched by the time they inform you about the changes.If you need to contact customer support, prepare to spend hours. There can be 30 minutes between each reply. They're delaying for so long that you'll either leave or fall asleep. Some customer service personell have been rude or gone permanently offline in the middle of the conversation. The one I've been talking to for the past 65 minutes uses their nose to type and keeps "forgetting" what I wrote in the last message to avoid refunding 3 measly euros that I requested.
