I ordered a fast food in a delivery service that became the slowest food service in my life. And they gave ZERO importance to it.When I ordered, the delivery time estimated was 30/40 min. A bit after, it jumped to 120+min. I've contacted them in the day the problem happened and hope to hear some resolution on what happened, but not surprisingly, never heard from anybody. Today I've contacted them again to check if they figured out what happened and obviously, nothing. I've complained and spent HOURS talking to the costumer service just for them to say that everything was fine and the delivery was made 4 min before the time (I've ordered at 10:30, it arrived around 12:30). How ridiculous was that? Everything I shared and said was just ignored and I got no compensation even. Ridiculous. They didn't work on solving the situation, figuring out what happened or even in compensate me for this. Oh yeah, the compensation couldn't be done because I used Klarna to make the payment - which doesn't involve money and gave me the food for free, ofc (ironic).
