Courier was late almost 1 hour before delivering the wrong order, attempted to request him to confirm the order where I clarified that order is from different restaurant based on the slip on the bag.The courier asked to contact the customer support to fix the situation.After waiting for over 15 minutes for customer support. The support representative had little to no english at all.The support staff went further with multiple insults which were obvious from the level of english and dependency on the translator.In conclusion I realized that am wasting my time on the worst customer support that accepts to have delivery partners with worst attitude i’ve seen in my life.
