First we got an uncomfortable long estimated time for delivery of 40-50 min. But due to sickness in the family we opt to use Wolt anyway. When the order was sent and paid we got another estimate of 55-65 minutes. Even if the food got delayed a few minutes our daughter would still be able to eat before her night routines, but now they changed the delivery time with 15 minutes without first giving us a notice or warning. We then expected that things would turn worse. Did we get it on time? As you have guessed, no! It took exactly 90 minutes for delivery. Obviously the food got cold and the cold supplements got warm. Our daughter? We already made her an omelette and she was off to bed. But how about the compensation from the customer rep Julia? Despite us having taking screenshots (always do that when dealing with scammy businesses like this) she made the laughable claim that it was only 11 minutes delayed and nothing to get compensation for.
