Food good, delivery catastrophic.We only ordered 3 dishes. Delivery driver turned up on time but couldn't come to the door because..........his moped didn't have a stand, he had to stay with it to keep it standing up - seriously....... he phoned me and I went down to pick up and pay. No problem - we laughed and I gave him a good tip which turned out to be a mistake because after taking the bag back upstairs, I opened it and found that one of the (only three, remember?) dishes ordered wasn't there.So we had to wait for the guy to answer his phone (thank goodness I had his number from the 'I can't get off my bike' phonecall).Finally, I reached him and eventually he delivered the 33.3% of the order he hadn't handed over on the first try. It took about 20 minutes, so long enough for the rest of the food to congeal.How can you 'forget' to deliver 1/3 of an order????????
