This is by far the worst food delivery experience I’ve had. I placed my order at 7:00 PM, and over two hours later I am still waiting with no proper explanation or resolution.
The estimated delivery time kept changing, customer support was unhelpful, and there was no sense of urgency or accountability. When people order food, they rely on accurate timing and basic communication — neither was provided here.
Delays can happen, but a two-hour wait with poor support is unacceptable, especially for a service that positions itself as reliable and professional. This experience shows a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time.
I will seriously reconsider using Wolt Greece again unless there is a major improvement in service quality and customer support.
I’ve been using Wolt for several months now, and while at first it seemed like a convenient option, the experience hasn’t been great lately. Delivery is indeed fast most of the time, but that’s probably the only consistent thing. The range of restaurants near my location is really small - after a while, you just run out of options and end up ordering the same meals again and again. Sometimes places disappear from the app without explanation, and new ones don’t show up often.A few times, the courier couldn’t find my address even though it’s clearly pinned in the app. Once my food arrived cold, and another time an item was completely missing. Customer support did reply, but it took over twenty minutes to get an answer, and the compensation was minimal - basically just a few credits that didn’t even cover the missing item.The app itself also started glitching occasionally, especially during peak hours. Once it froze right after I placed the order, so I wasn’t sure if it went through or not until the courier was already on the way. Overall, Wolt could be a decent service if they expanded the restaurant list and improved reliability, but right now it feels hit or miss - mostly miss.

Terrible experience, and the chat support is disastrous and unpleasant.They charged me more than the total amount of my order, and when I asked for a refund for the difference, nothing happened.They asked me to wait 5 business days, and then they told me it was done on the same day as the charge, even though I didn't receive anything.Never recommend, eFood is better.
We contacted customer service before the order was cancelled to ask for a small change — no one said anything. No warning. No notice. Edit: The day after my order was cancelled and I was told I violated Wolt’s terms, I was informed by another support agent that I could actually use my account and bonuses without any problem.This clear contradiction highlights a serious failure in communication and customer care.Being wrongly accused and denied service, only to be told later it was a mistake, is unacceptable.Wolt needs to take responsibility for this mishandling and improve its support.
