Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Wolt. I ordered items and wrote a note with specifications for my order, but I received the wrong items. I immediately contacted Wolt support and explained the situation, but was told that they could not refund my money despite it clearly being a technical error in their system that did not forward my comment to the store.I paid 27.8€ for random items I did not order, and Wolt did not take responsibility for the error. The support was helpful, but their protocol left me without a solution, and I am unable to return the items personally.I find it unacceptable that a technical error at Wolt becomes my problem, leaving me with the cost of items I did not want.
