Customer support is virtually non-existent, yet we are billed for a premium service. Some restaurants featured on the platform are genuinely good and deserve their own delivery teams instead of relying on this questionable app. Others appear to be deceitful, with missing ingredients and items, and even operating ghost kitchens to disguise their true nature. As for the couriers, I feel sorry for many of them as they frequently strike for better wages.
I honestly don’t understand how Wolt is still running. Every single time I order, something goes wrong. The food arrives late, cold, or half missing. Their customer service is useless – they just copy-paste the same scripted answers and never actually solve the issue. Refunds take forever (if you even get one), and they always try to blame the restaurant instead of taking responsibility.The app itself looks nice, but what’s the point if the service behind it is this bad? Paying high delivery fees just to be disappointed over and over again is ridiculous. I’ve deleted the app and will never use Wolt again.
Horrible i ordered 2 chicken risotto from iplace and received half portion each after i made my complain and send them pictures of the food they didn’t even bothered to give me a refund terrible customer care Maksime you were really hopeless i will never order again from Wolt !!!!
first of all my complaint concerns delivery. ordered products should be delivered to the specified address, because it was a hotel I wrote the room number in the order and I was sure that the product would be delivered to the hotel room. also in case of any problems with delivery I also gave in the note to the courier to contact the specified address. the company's obligation is to deliver to the specified location and the GPS position itself is not correct because the products were not delivered to the correct address, namely the room number. it is irritating to walk around the hotel (reception, cleaning ladies) and ask if they have not seen the courier. I did not order it through you to look for the parcel, I did not leave all the contact details so that the courier would not contact me. I believe that the delivery did not look as it should look and because of that I did not receive the ordered products. my question is - why didn't the courier call me if he had such a possibility (it should be standard in transport services to inform that you are on site) - why can the courier give the order to any person (no verification element - how do they verify it? where is some collection code) why most importantly didn't he deliver the products to the exact address (hotel room 1617) I don't recommend the company wolt! thieves
Scammers. My 70€ order was rejected by the restaurant and my money gone. They said will be reverted in my account immediately. No nothing happened my money is lost. I will never order again from this scammer company. They should not charge my card until the restaurant is not accepting the order. Scammers
I moved to malta last saturday. Used wolt today as it was recommended to me to order some nice sunday fast food. I was impressed by the app. After getting the food delivered i found a small piece of fabric string in my food and got refunded after speaking to two lovely ladies in the live chat. Thanks Wolt for the good service and i will be ordering again.
Unfortunatelly WOLT use very cheaty politics. They fool clients into ordering food in a higher prices, by placing some discount next to the payment button. The moment you slide to pay the price increases. Very shameful and cheaty way. So sad. I won't ever use this app again. Be careful!
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Wolt. I ordered items and wrote a note with specifications for my order, but I received the wrong items. I immediately contacted Wolt support and explained the situation, but was told that they could not refund my money despite it clearly being a technical error in their system that did not forward my comment to the store.I paid 27.8€ for random items I did not order, and Wolt did not take responsibility for the error. The support was helpful, but their protocol left me without a solution, and I am unable to return the items personally.I find it unacceptable that a technical error at Wolt becomes my problem, leaving me with the cost of items I did not want.
