We placed an order via Wolt in Malta ON 18 November 2023. Costablu Gourmet Fish Shop (Psaila Street Sta Venera, STV 1010) was supposed to deliver two fish, and some prawns. When the order arrived, only one fish was delivered. We notified Wolt immediately but Costablu Gourmet Fish Shop disputed our claim. After the initial engagement, Wolt offered us a EUR 3 credit for a product we were charged EUR 10 for, and it was not delivered. We have had no response to our repeated requests for a refund in full since yesterday. If you check Google Reviews, Costablu Gourmet Fish Shop has done this previously to several other customers, charging them for a product and not delivering it in the end.
