Some restaurants featured on the platform are genuinely good and deserve their own delivery teams instead of relying on this questionable app. Others appear to be deceitful, with missing ingredients and items, and even operating ghost kitchens to disguise their true nature. As for the couriers, I feel sorry for many of them as they frequently strike for better wages.
