The worst experience ever!We placed an order from MC Donald’s with delivery time 35 minutes. After 45 minutes of no updates we see that our order is about to be delivered at 22.00. At 22.15 I contacted the customer service to ask where my order is and the response I got from a clown called Aurelia was that there were no drivers in my city so my order was coming from another city. I replied that I should be informed about this from the beginning as the deal was that I would wait for the food for 35 minutes, not 1.30 hours and that I demand a full compensation for this. The respond I got after 1.30 hours of waiting is that she cancelled my order as there were no drivers! Only the worst experience!
