It takes forever for them to deliver the food once it arrives its cold too, they use bicycles to deliver food while its cold outside lol. The estimated delivery time is wrong it said 20mins and then it went to one hour.
Food arrived about 30 minutes late because the courier went to the wrong address. The order was 290 SEK and the burger was completely cold and inedible. Support first offered 38 in Wolt credits, which is about 10% of the total order value.I’ve been a loyal customer for years and almost never complain, but being charged full price for food you can’t eat — when the error is on their side — is unacceptable. Very disappointing handling of the situation.
I made a purchase on this app (12kg of yogurt + other small items) and the venue changed my order due to unavailability to 12 items of yogurt of 140g!!) I immediately contacted support to cancel it and they said I can’t cancel. My items were changed and I don’t want the order anymore or to pay for delivery fees. They forced me to pay delivery fees and pick up the order but they will refund the money for the yogurt only. This happened to me before and they told me to contact them immediately once changes have been made so they can cancel my order and when I made this order today same thing happened and I immediately contacted them but they refused to cancel and their excuse was order is on the way already. Knowing that it’s so easy to contact the driver to return the items to the store. I saw the driver on the map when I contacted them he was literally there in front of the store. Things would have been so easy. They don’t respect their clients and their delivery system must be changed to protect the clients rights. They ruined my day. These apps are made for people’s comfort and I’m paying for that. Instead they gave me a headache. I’m deleting this app
I’m staying at a hotel and ordered food for delivery at reception in my name. I waited more than an hour for the food. I was waiting outside the door for the delivery guy, and I saw his car pulled up. I saw from a distance that he handed my food over to a random guy who just walked by. I yelled hello hello while I was running towards him, but he didn’t even react. I asked him what was the name for the food, he didn’t know or care. I asked him to check, and it was my name. The guy who took the food was gone, and the delivery guy didn’t care at all. Wolt offered me my money back, and nothing else. What a disgrace. No food for me, I couldn’t wait another hour plus for a second delivery. I will hereby put my self in the line of people with disgraceful experiences. I will try to find other solutions for food going forward, what else can I do with this disrespectful monopole company.
I would give it a zero star if I could. Order directly when the restaurant opened at 17. Estimated delivery time should be 17:50. At 18:15 still nothing. Contacted courier and he said they mixed up my order. So if I had not contacted him, I would’ve never gotten my order? The worst part is my 5 year old did not get his dinner….catastrophic! No words about compensation either. Never happened to me with other delivery services….
I placed an order on Wolt for myself and my family consisting of three meals in one order.After waiting for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, the order finally arrived — but one meal was missing. Only two meals were delivered.Two meals for three people is not acceptable. It is unreasonable to expect one person to sit hungry while others eat. I contacted customer support and asked to return the entire order.After wasting a significant amount of time with support, I was clearly told that: • They would not follow up with the restaurant • They were not able to even contact the restaurant • They would not send a courier back because it would be a cost and a loss for them • They would only issue a refund for the missing itemWhat made this even worse: • The refund amount was less than what I originally paid for that item • There was zero effort to properly resolve the issue or ensure customer satisfaction • The final response from support was basically: “This is how it is.”By the time this was “resolved,” the remaining food had gone completely cold and was no longer usable. I ended up throwing the food in the trash and had to place a new order through a different food delivery app so my family could actually eat.This experience was unprofessional, unfair, and extremely disappointing.As a result: • I cancelled my Wolt+ subscription • I will never use this platform again • I will actively discourage friends and family from using WoltI am posting this review, so others do not have to experience the terrible service and financial loss that Wolt caused me.If anything goes wrong with your order, it is very clear that Wolt’s support does not stand with the customer and prioritizes minimizing its own costs instead.
