They only get one star because zero isnt an option.As usual they send coupons that are not worth the paper they are printed on!. Latest was $50 off $ 100 purchase...BUT it has so many exclusions and to top it all not valid on out of stock items. Everytime you order stuff they are out of stock!!.When challenged on the phone about this, Benjamin basically could not give a damn and refused to get anyone in management to call back and explain what 'smells' off about this practice. Guess this the sort of company that made America great! :-(
