Wishing for a higher rating but the installation of my conservatory roof faced several issues that should not have occurred. I had to repeatedly report problems to the company. The main issues seemed to stem from poor planning and workmanship. However, the aftercare and warranty team deserve praise for their efforts in resolving issues with a sympathetic approach. The company has a reputation for quality installations, but unfortunately, they fell short this time. Hopefully, there won't be more calls needed.
