Mixed feelings about the project

I've struggled to decide on a rating. We hired a service to build a small sunroom, which turned out satisfactory, but it required constant oversight to ensure quality. The team made significant changes without consultation, and the site was left in disarray. Some tradespeople were skilled, but there were shortcuts taken that led to problems. If you are prepared to supervise every detail, you might achieve a decent outcome, but I personally won't be returning.

Wishing for a higher rating...

Wishing for a higher rating but the installation of my conservatory roof faced several issues that should not have occurred. I had to repeatedly report problems to the company. The main issues seemed to stem from poor planning and workmanship. However, the aftercare and warranty team deserve praise for their efforts in resolving issues with a sympathetic approach. The company has a reputation for quality installations, but unfortunately, they fell short this time. Hopefully, there won't be more calls needed.

Consistently excellent service

A neat and tidy job inside and out, completed quickly and efficiently. I've been working with the company for nine years, having installed numerous windows and doors, and I've never encountered any problems or complaints. Everything fits perfectly and looks amazing.
