I've struggled to decide on a rating. We hired a service to build a small sunroom, which turned out satisfactory, but it required constant oversight to ensure quality. The team made significant changes without consultation, and the site was left in disarray. Some tradespeople were skilled, but there were shortcuts taken that led to problems. If you are prepared to supervise every detail, you might achieve a decent outcome, but I personally won't be returning.
