Terrible cutomer service. They scam you to gift the box to someone you love. They say the box gets activated by scanning the QR code on the box which is a lie. When you register your box either on the app or the website, they say that you need the recipt to activate it. But how is someone who got the gift is supposed to have the recipt. Besides, they did not inform the buyer to keep the recipt. All in all it is not worth it. Customer service is useless and dismissive.
