Terrible cutomer service. They scam you to gift the box to someone you love. They say the box gets activated by scanning the QR code on the box which is a lie. When you register your box either on the app or the website, they say that you need the recipt to activate it. But how is someone who got the gift is supposed to have the recipt. Besides, they did not inform the buyer to keep the recipt. All in all it is not worth it. Customer service is useless and dismissive.

I am beyond disappointed with Wonderbox. What was supposed to be a thoughtful gift has turned into a complete nightmare.Firstly, the choice of hotels is dreadful. On the website, they lure you in with beautiful options, but once you actually try to book, 90% of them are "unavailable" for voucher holders or require a ridiculous surcharge that defeats the point of having a prepaid gift. The remaining options are bottom-of-the-barrel locations that I wouldn’t usually choose to stay in.The entire system is purposefully over-complicated. The redemption process is a maze of broken links and confusing terms. It feels like it's designed to make you give up so they can just pocket the money.
Do not waste your money on Wonderbox.Our family gave us a Wonderbox for Christmas to attend El Mago Pop show in Barcelona. Before purchasing, they specifically asked at the point of sale about ticket availability and were told that we simply needed to open the box and select the tickets online.Once we opened the box, we discovered that there was no availability at all for the show. We returned to the shop immediately, where the same Wonderbox employee admitted they could do nothing because the box had already been opened, but assured us that the ticket pool would be refreshed every two months.We waited until February 1st, as instructed. There was still zero availability through the website. At that point, we contacted customer service to request either valid tickets for El Mago Pop or a refund.It has now been 12 days of emails, automated replies, chatbots, and inconsistent responses from different agents. We have received no solution, only excuses and repeated refusals to process a refund for a service that is clearly impossible to use.Selling a product that cannot be redeemed, refusing refunds, and hiding behind automated customer service is unacceptable. This is misleading at best and abusive at worst.We are now forced to escalate the matter through official consumer protection channels.Avoid Wonderbox unless you are prepared to lose your money.
I order a wonderbox to deliver for my friends birthday and 2 weeks later it still is not delivered to her. And her address is 100% correct, it is not incorrect as they mention. After more than 2 weeks, they still have trouble to deliver it.
It took a while to book it as you had to do it via WhatsApp rather than a phone call. However, once we got there…. Everything was amazing! They treated us like royalty and the food was amazing. The service by Iñaki was superb, great knowledge of the food and wine recommendations. We will go again!
