I am beyond disappointed with Wonderbox. What was supposed to be a thoughtful gift has turned into a complete nightmare.Firstly, the choice of hotels is dreadful. On the website, they lure you in with beautiful options, but once you actually try to book, 90% of them are "unavailable" for voucher holders or require a ridiculous surcharge that defeats the point of having a prepaid gift. The remaining options are bottom-of-the-barrel locations that I wouldn’t usually choose to stay in.The entire system is purposefully over-complicated. The redemption process is a maze of broken links and confusing terms. It feels like it's designed to make you give up so they can just pocket the money.
