I then called Wondergift customer service, and all they did was apologize repeatedly without offering any solution. They refused to help or clarify, leaving me stuck and disappointed.
This platform misrepresents its services and risks damaging the reputation of hotels. It feels like a scam do not fall for this trap. Extremely dissatisfied with Wondergift.
