I’ve used Wondergifts several times for great discounts and vouchers for stays and experiences. I encountered a slight issue with one of my vouchers and was eagerly helped by Hadassah - who was very accurate in clarifying all my concerns and who assisted me swiftly throughout. I appreciate this service due to the excellent communication skills, attention to detail and clear information provided. Thank you Hadassah!
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a voucher company.
I found the exact same hotels listed on Booking.com for 153 AED, while their website was charging 699 AED PLUS an extra “upgrade fee.” That makes zero sense. Why would anyone pay 699 AED and then still be asked to pay more, when the same hotel on the same dates is available online for a fraction of the price?
This feels extremely misleading. The advertising makes it seem like you’re getting a luxury hotel stay included in the voucher price, but when you actually try to book, most hotels require additional fees. It completely defeats the purpose.
On top of that, delivery of the voucher was promised for the next day but arrived after two days instead. Customer service was also not helpful at all — no real solutions, no accountability.
Overall, very disappointing and not worth the money. I strongly recommend people compare prices directly on hotel platforms before purchasing. You’ll likely save a lot of money and avoid the frustration.
This was the second time I went through wondergifts and it was a much better experience. Tanzeel Hanif was quick to respond and booking was made super easy. The first time I booked an experience through wondergifts the person handling my inquiry was extremely slow to respond and I would have to repeat my questions and queries frequently
I received a Wondergift coupon expecting it to cover restaurants, but it clearly does not, which was misleading and frustrating. When I contacted the hotel, they were very helpful and willing to assist, showing that the problem is entirely with Wondergift.
I then called Wondergift customer service, and all they did was apologize repeatedly without offering any solution. They refused to help or clarify, leaving me stuck and disappointed.
This platform misrepresents its services and risks damaging the reputation of hotels. It feels like a scam do not fall for this trap. Extremely dissatisfied with Wondergift.
I had a great experience with the booking process for the helicopter ride and dinner. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally by Tanzeel Hanif and the arrangements were perfectly organized. I truly appreciated the support and attention to detail.
I received a voucher worth 400 dirhams for a hotel stay, but the options are mostly low-quality hotel apartments. For the five-star hotels, the extra amount I need to pay is higher than their actual prices. The hotels are advertised on their websites.
