Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a voucher company.
I found the exact same hotels listed on Booking.com for 153 AED, while their website was charging 699 AED PLUS an extra “upgrade fee.” That makes zero sense. Why would anyone pay 699 AED and then still be asked to pay more, when the same hotel on the same dates is available online for a fraction of the price?
This feels extremely misleading. The advertising makes it seem like you’re getting a luxury hotel stay included in the voucher price, but when you actually try to book, most hotels require additional fees. It completely defeats the purpose.
On top of that, delivery of the voucher was promised for the next day but arrived after two days instead. Customer service was also not helpful at all — no real solutions, no accountability.
Overall, very disappointing and not worth the money. I strongly recommend people compare prices directly on hotel platforms before purchasing. You’ll likely save a lot of money and avoid the frustration.
