The backpack is nice, and the plush is soft, but the night light is much dimmer than advertised. I also tried to change the shipping address after placing my order, but the support team was slow to respond. By the time they did, my order had already shipped. Everything arrived fine, but the address issue caused some stress. While some items are of high quality, a few missteps impacted the overall experience.
