I ordered a gift on 12/6/25, and it wasn't delivered until 1/12/26. I've had to send a picture of the item and follow up with three emails, only to be informed that they will refund the amount paid minus a 15% remorse fee. The website claims a full refund within 30 days and stated delivery would take about 3 weeks, not over 6 weeks. This feels like a complete scam.
I ordered a gift for my husband, but it arrived damaged. When I contacted the support team, they informed me that, according to their warehouse, the item was affected by the cold and dry winter weather. They expressed understanding of my frustration and apologized for the situation. However, their only suggestion was to use glue for repairs, with no other options offered. Very poor customer service from the representative.
I feel this site is a scam. I ordered a purple cat-themed coffee mug for my fiancée, but it looked nothing like the picture on the website. It was made entirely of resin, similar to another item they sell, and contained no minerals at all. This feels like deceptive practices.
