While I appreciate the fact that their customer service typically responds within 24hrs, I purchased a gift for my son for Christmas that didn't arrive complete (missing a rechargeable battery). It took 1.5 months for them to send out a replacement battery (after MULTIPLE emails), only to find out the toy is defective...... Now I'm currently in a struggle with Wonderkidz to get my refund for their product. Been waiting WEEKS for pre paid postage to return (to which they said they would send me but are "looking into it" whatever that means).....like I said, they communicate, but don't ever execute
