The mural was nothing like the sample I ordered, and every panel had significant printing flaws. I emailed the service with photos and my concerns, but they only mentioned that the case would be reviewed. Their response did not address the defects; they simply refused to issue a refund. Spending $493 on wallpaper that is entirely unusable is unacceptable! I would give zero stars if I could.
