Complete waste of money. I never even bothered putting it on the wall. A low resolution image blown up the size of a wall does not work. No response from customer service. They act like a scam company. Sooner they are out of business the better.
They sent us the wrong wallpaper even though we ordered the correct one. They admitted the fault was on their end. Aparently the QR code referenced the incorrect product which was an internal error on their behalf. It arrived and we handed it to our decorator who put it up. When we walked in for the big reveal it was wrong. We contacted the company who admitted liability. Now they have backtracked and said we should have known. Absolute joke. So £250 for the wrong wallpaper plus the cost to have it hung. Joke of a company. The paper that is up looks crap. Like others have said it’s really pixelated and the edges fray. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Steer clear of this service! I ordered wallpaper with a green-beige palm leaves design, as shown on their website. The final product looks nothing like the picture; instead of beige, the background is pure white. After several emails, they insisted this difference is normal. Other companies would offer a refund or an exchange if the product doesn't match the promotional image, but their customer service is rude and unhelpful.

It's nearly impossible to remove the backing to apply the wallpaper. We've tried everything, but it tears off in tiny pieces. I emailed for help and only received vague responses like 'try again.' They are scammers.
Complete scam! I regret not heeding the other reviews. I received a product of shockingly low quality, with mismatched patterns and clear production defects. They refuse to issue a refund and seem intent on scamming their customers. I'm out hundreds of euros and wish I had taken the warnings seriously. It's best to purchase from other platforms.
