I purchased a Premium licence for data recovery software expecting it to handle recovery from inaccessible drives.
The software was able to scan and identify recoverable data, including lost partitions, but when attempting recovery it either became unresponsive or prompted for further upgrades despite the Premium licence.
The pricing tiers and feature limitations are not clearly explained at the point of purchase, which makes it difficult to understand what functionality you are actually paying for.
I contacted support multiple times and provided detailed information, but the process involved repeated requests and no clear resolution. I was also asked to close a payment dispute before a refund could be processed, which I was not comfortable doing.
Overall, the software appears capable in some areas, but the lack of transparency around features and the aggressive upselling make for a frustrating experience. I would not purchase from this company again.
