WHAT RESPONSE? There was NO RESPONSE of ANY kind hence my frustration and anger.
You may or may not believe this but writing this less than laudatory review was as has been proven my ONLY option as I know based on other reviews that Wondershare reads these items. I attempted to reach you via your website to no avail. I've wasted enough time engaging in this exercise in futility.
You have my name in your files which will certainly yield any information necessary to contact me. I ask you to please do so....email, text message, telephone, carrier pigeon or any other method you might employ to prevent me from leaving future less than stellar reviews on this and other sites.
