I ordered some makeup as a Christmas gift for myself, from my son, on December 2nd. I was heading to Thailand for New Year and hoped the ‘no budge’ promise would work in my favor. Unfortunately, my parcel wasn’t shipped until December 16th, which was already cutting it close. The delivery service failed to deliver on the promised day, and the tracking information remained unchanged. I've been following up with the support team ever since. They eventually responded to my email, stating it was delivered on January 10th. This is completely useless to me as I’m in Thailand and unable to check. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue. I won't be ordering again!
